Thanks! We finally tracked down the problem. The IPN Notifications had been turned off.

We did not change this and up until mid-December this was all working as it has been for years. Is there anything we need to be aware of in the future that would turn notifications off?

Also, FYI this link: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/what-to-do-if-the-debug-file-is-empty has instructions for the IPN Sandbox tester that never did work nothing matched the sandbox testing screen I was trying to work through.

The video did help however and took me to the right place.

We have a test page for the squeeze page test and a product buy test here:

The purchases are showing up in PayPal but if you are asking about the ipn_handle_debug file – nothing shows there either. That file has this:

It was empty before I reset the logs and after.

Even after the squeeze page test and my test purchases.

Debugging has been on and the log files were empty.

Reset the logs and tried again from our squeeze page.
The Squeeze Page Form worked and added me to the list
A test purchase with a different email address still did not

When I look at this log: eStore_post_payment_debug.log
The only item that shows up is the squeeze form test shows, neither of my 2 test purchases shows up (removed the exact Aweber list number and email address).
