Thank you so much. Reloading WP eStore, Payment Gateway bundle and eStore order management addon, did the trick.
I really appreciate this!
pernorSpectatorI have, in the settings, enabled the possibility to use coupons, but I am not entering any coupons in this purchase.
I am running:
Wordpress: 3.4.2
Theme iFeature Pro: 4.5.11
WP eStore: 6.8.1
Payment Gateway bundle: 1.5.7
eStore order management addon: 1.3
Thank you!
pernorSpectatorThank you for the prompt reply.
The product is a physical product and I am using the order management addon. And also payment is done via epay.dk. After enabling the debug logs I found this in the eStore_post_payment_debug.log:
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :Performing post payment processing tasks.
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :Item Number: 2
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :Item Name: Skovbær frugtte, 350 gr
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :Item Quantity: 15
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :Item Total: 59
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :Item Currency: DKK
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – FAILURE :Wrong Product Price Detected. Actual Product Price : 885
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – FAILURE :Paid Product Price : 59
[11/26/2012 1:24 PM] – SUCCESS :End of post payment processing tasks.
During this test, I changed the number of items from 1 to 15, so the correct total price is 885. There is no errors in the wp_pg_debug.log file.
When I change the number of items, then the order does not show up in order management addon at all.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help.
