I stand corrected – one of the emails finally showed up, but six hours after the purchase. I’ll contact my hosting company to see why that might have happened. It doesn’t appear to be a problem with the plugin, and buyers do get instant access to their file through the thank you page.
So – ignore this thread.
I thought I should mention – even thought the file says the email was sent to jonni@howtothinkthin.com, it did not appear in my inbox or in the email section of my hosting service. The system thinks it sent the email, but it didn’t. I used a different email the first time, and that one didn’t go anywhere either. I use MailWasher, so losing an email in a spam folder is not an issue.
