OK, in the end I just had to delete and reinstall the plugin – now it works perfectly. Thanks for the help, and the software!
Paintball HotlineMemberYes, I can manually stamp the file. However, after I click that “Stamp It” button, it just gives me a white screen (all HTML output stops after WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping). The stamped file is in the stamped-files directory, and has been successfully stamped.
There is also a temp file apparently left behind (filename_e.pdf), nearly the same size as the stamped file, but Acrobat can’t open it.
I tried the alternate stamping method, it made no difference. I’ll go through the checklist and see if I can get it working.
Paintball HotlineMemberAhh, OK, thank you. I don’t know how I missed that.
Now the problem I’m having is that when I have eStore set to stamp the PDF (and yes, I have PDF stamper), the manual checkout doesn’t complete – instead I get a 404 message. When I uncheck the “Stamp PDF” box, it completes normally, and emails me the confirmation email with the link.
