I’m selling a PDF, and some people have been issued a 100% off coupon. eStore is set to direct them to the manual checkout option on $0, and it all goes fine, and sends the “buyer” an email. However, there doesn’t seem to be any way to deliver a customized download link to those customers – am I missing something?
February 9, 2013 at 10:55 pm #53739adminKeymasterDid you check the “Send Product Download Links in the Email” under manual checkout settings? Manual checkout won’t send the download links unless you tell it to (some users don’t like to send download links for manual checkout).
February 11, 2013 at 3:56 am #53740Paintball HotlineMemberAhh, OK, thank you. I don’t know how I missed that.
Now the problem I’m having is that when I have eStore set to stamp the PDF (and yes, I have PDF stamper), the manual checkout doesn’t complete – instead I get a 404 message. When I uncheck the “Stamp PDF” box, it completes normally, and emails me the confirmation email with the link.
Here is the post payment debug log:

February 11, 2013 at 12:11 pm #53741PeterMemberAre you able to manually stamp the file?
Can you please go through the following checklist to see if you can:
February 11, 2013 at 10:58 pm #53742Paintball HotlineMemberYes, I can manually stamp the file. However, after I click that “Stamp It” button, it just gives me a white screen (all HTML output stops after WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping). The stamped file is in the stamped-files directory, and has been successfully stamped.
There is also a temp file apparently left behind (filename_e.pdf), nearly the same size as the stamped file, but Acrobat can’t open it.
I tried the alternate stamping method, it made no difference. I’ll go through the checklist and see if I can get it working.
