Thanks, I understand the process for protecting particular posts but it still doesn’t address my issue because I can’t page-protect a service.
In eStore, I have a products/services page. All products (except for one) are sold individually with no membership rights, however I want the private coaching service to be sold with membership included.
This is the part that I don’t understand. Sorry, I may be missing something, but from what I can make out, currently I have to provide membership status, and THEN these members can access the coaching service. But I need it to work the other way around. If someone was to buy the coaching service, they would automatically receive free membership to the 2nd tier.
It needs to be set up like this because all services are currently sold as stand-alones without membership status. Memberships, on the other hand, do not include coaching products. With the exception of the most expensive service, these coaching services must be purchased separately to memberships. I want to attract potential buyers to take the top coaching service because it would include full site membership.
- Basic Membership = $0
- 2nd tier Membership = $1
- Coaching A = $2 (no membership)
- Coaching B = $3 (no membership)
- Coaching C = $10 (includes 2nd tier and Basic Membership)
So, when somebody selects and pays for Coaching C from the eStore products page, they are granted full membership. I hope this makes sense, because it has me stumped.
