eStore – using Lightbox Ultimate styles with product popup images

In the past, with both Lightbox Ultimate and eStore installed, Lightbox Ultimate would take over the rendering of product popup images. However, now all the product popups are showing in the default “Light Square” format even though I have “Dark Rounded” selected in the Lightbox Ultimate settings. Here’s an example page:

Was a change made to the plugins’ integration, or is something else at play? Thanks.

Lightbox ultimate is not suppose to take over the lightbox rendering of eStore product images.

I would like the thumbs on the product page to open a video description. Can Lightbox Ultimate and eStore be integrated someway to allow this? Thanks…

I’m thinking specifically if the shortcode could be placed in the Thumbnail Image URL field.

You can use any lightbox ultimate plugin’s shortcode in the product description area of eStore plugin. Try that and see if it works for you.

Below are some alternatives you can try:

We have the following shortcode that you can use to embed a product with a video in in the thumbnail area. This works with the video lightbox plugin.

[wp_eStore_fancy1_video_thumbnail id=1]

Replace 1 with your actualy product ID.

There is a tweak to make the above shortcode work with lightbox ultimate also:
