MemberI am wondering if there’s a setting I’m missing or if the db is actually corrupted? Hitting save does not save the S&H settings…

MemberOkay, I’m almost all the way back in business… One thing that seems to be an issue is that, for some reason, none of my catalogue products retained their shipping costs. When I manually try to add a shipping cost to an item, then hit save, it’s not being stored to the database and shows up blank again.
Any thoughts on how I can fix this? Thanks!

MemberOk! My catalogue and customers db is back!! YOU ARE AWESOME!! One pending question; I can’t seem to find which db has all the estore ‘settings’ in it (e.g. paypal settings, email settings, etc). Which table is that?
Thanks so much – very very happy to see my catalogue back and healthy – if I can get my estore settings back, I’ll be back in business!
Cheers and thanks!

MemberHi Ivy – thanks for the tip. I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin…. sadly that didn’t work. Any other tips I could try?
