Hi

Happy New Year!

Im not knowledgeable on programming unfortunately. So I couldn’t understand php etc when I was googling answers. There is a plug in called Mailer which is for mail throttling I think? But Im not sure if thats the direction we should go. Would it be possible to put add a feature in eStore where a customer can choose to delay outbound emails? Just asking.

My hosting company Hostgator says: “Unfortunately, due to the way our servers are set up and configured, we can’t throttle e-mail at the mail server level, it needs to be done through the plugin or an alternative method. I’ve verified that we can’t do this with a server administrator.” Could you please help? Please?

Could you please tell me where I could change this outbound SMTP setting?

Is there anyway to put a hold on that TILL the customer confirms their subscription so that they only get the download links after the double opt in?
