Using eMember and eStore, if a member to my site pays for a recurring subscription using their credit card (not tied to their paypal account), how can they cancel their subscription?

Hi, I am having a similar issue with the registration box not displaying correctly on the page. I am using:

Using Thesis theme v3.2.1

eMember v7.0.2

eStore 5.9.2

The member was using Firefox 5.0.1.

I tried to paste the member’s screen shot into a page, and you can see it below, but the sidebar advertisement and a mysterious login box is obstructing some of your view but you can get a good idea of it.
