I have a similar issue where I created an affiliate page on my site and set myself up as a test affiliate. I can login to the affiliate url that was created for me but cannot login to the affiliate page where I have the short code embedded? Is this common and if so how do I fix it so that my website page login and new affiliate buttons actually work? After enterring the password it states “required field” as if I never enterred anything?
