i tried it on a different computer and used safari and firefox and it did not work in either. I am not sure why it would be working for you and not for me. I have cleared the cache when i try as well.
Thanks
myerscbMemberIt is still happening for me. I did not make any changes to the site.
I tested it in Firefox, Chrome, and IE, none of them work.
Thanks,
myerscbMemberI can’t find a plugin called notes. the only notes that i could find is in the modules folder under jetpack. it is notes.php. i disabled the jetpack plugin. that did not fix the issue.
I do have MU enabled and it never was. this site has always been a single site.
I appreciate your help and hope we can get to the bottom of this. let me know what else i can do. if you like we can work on it together at some time (i am in EDT)
Thanks,

myerscbMemberHere is the list of plugins i have activated:
JetPack
MailChimp
Restricted Site Access
WordPress Database Backup
WP eStore
i disabled the Restriced Site Access plugin and still got the admin bar errors.
I disabled the Restriced Access plugin and went to the site with out signing in, and it worked as expected (the pop-up 5 sec delay instead of the page) and then logged in and it used the page instead of the pop up. It really looks like it is something with the admin bar.
You can login in with
user: *****REDACTED BY MODERATOR*****
pass: *****REDACTED BY MODERATOR*****
I have the displaying of the admin bar off (to see if that helped, it didnt)
The site can not be public yet. i will remove that account after you have looked at it.
Thanks,
myerscbMemberIt looks like the error is in some WordPress code:
[http://shalegasboom.com/wp-includes/js/admin-bar.min.js?ver=3.9] if i am logged in and the admin bar is on
phttp://s0.wp.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/notes/admin-bar-v2.js?ver=2.9.3-201418] if the admin bar is off
does that make sense?
the error is very long but i think it is related to the overloading of the $ variable. (for certain with the admin bar off)
admin bar on:
TypeError: this.on is not a function
admin bar off:
TypeError: $(…).on is not a function
myerscbMemberI do have that checked. It doesn’t seem to be working. Is there any trouble shooting i can do?
Thanks,
myerscbMemberIs it possible to stay on the current page with a processing indicator (maybe that is in an overlay) then switch directly to the paypal page? (paypal does something similar to this on their site when you submit the payment)
It would be less of shock to users.
Thanks,
