I found that one of my recently installed plugins caused the error with my affiliate plugin. This was found by trial & error deactivating recent plugins one by one and testing each time.

I will contact the plugin developers and report the problem to them

I just updated the wp-affiliate plugin as per instructions and still have the same problem. Unable to set up an affiliate account. The affiliate sign up form won’t save.
