I am having difficulty with a new member completing registration. They are able to navigate to the page that allows them to create a username/password. the form shows that the username is available, but when they click submit the page appears to just refresh. The username/password isn’t created. I have W3 Total Cache and verified that the page wasn’t being cached. Please advise on how to fix the issue. Thanks in advance. Scott

Please help
Thanks

September 10, 2012 at 7:42 am #49169adminKeymasterHave you recently upgraded the plugin? The reason I am asking is because the issue you described seems to be for the following reason:

September 10, 2012 at 11:14 am #49171onerock.scottSpectatorNo I have not updated the eMember Plugin recently, however I will attempt to instructions you have provided.
September 10, 2012 at 11:41 am #49172onerock.scottSpectatorI have attempted the instructions given except for the upgrade portion as I was not upgrading.
1)deactivated and deleted the plugin.
2)re-installed same version of plugin that I was currently at, version 8.01 of eMember.
This has not corrected my issue and the problem continues.
I also do recall seeing any of the causes listed in the FAQ “under the hood” of my site. Just a side note.

September 11, 2012 at 12:14 am #49173adminKeymaster@mlwd, I had a look at your site and your issue is coming from a plugin conflict. You installed a plugin that is not following WordPress’s coding standard to include JQuery library. The following post has full explanation:
Do this test to identify the source plugin and deactivate it:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/test-to-identy-a-conflicting-theme-or-plugin
Alternatively, Use the standalone affiliate area (option 1) explained here:

September 11, 2012 at 12:14 am #49174adminKeymaster@onerock.scott, I sent you an email to get access to the site so I can check out whats going on.
September 11, 2012 at 12:30 am #49175onerock.scottSpectatorI have responded to your request. Thanks
September 11, 2012 at 5:56 am #49176mlwdMemberI found that one of my recently installed plugins caused the error with my affiliate plugin. This was found by trial & error deactivating recent plugins one by one and testing each time.
I will contact the plugin developers and report the problem to them
Thank you for the help
