    The workaround seems to have resolved my issue, the add to cart button now displays and works.

    The following page has the buy now button http://rookart.com.au/?page_id=11. None of the shortcuts work they all display a small square with a dot in the middle as shown on this page. I am currently using the following shortcut on the product page.

    [wp_eStore:product_id:2:end]

    Hi,

    I have no other plugins installed only wp estore. I changed the theme back to default and the add to cart button is visible in IE7. When I change it back to the theme that the customer wants the add to cart button does not display in IE7, but is fine in all other browsers.

    Hi,

    There was a firewall rule at my ISP that was blocking access to the site which has been resolved, can you please try and access again?

    I have checked the server and it is up and I can access the link externally. This is my dev box so may be a DNS issue try http://118.210.62.58/rookart/?page_id=18 instead and let me know

    Interestingly enough if you use IE9 the add to cart button is visible so it seems to be an issue with IE7 and below which unfortunatly alot of people will be using.
