The only add to cart button that appears to work in Internet Explorer is [wp_eStore_fancy2 id=1]. All the other buy now or cart buttons appear as a broken link in IE 7. No problems with Safari or firefox just IE7. Any ideas what might be causing this?

Please provide a link to the page. Have you added description in the “Product Description” section for your products?December 12, 2010 at 10:53 pm #27303

I couldn’t access the link to the page you’ve provided. Looks like your server is down.December 13, 2010 at 12:05 am #27305
I have checked the server and it is up and I can access the link externally. This is my dev box so may be a DNS issue try http://188.8.131.52/rookart/?page_id=18 instead and let me know
Interestingly enough if you use IE9 the add to cart button is visible so it seems to be an issue with IE7 and below which unfortunatly alot of people will be using.

There was a firewall rule at my ISP that was blocking access to the site which has been resolved, can you please try and access again?

Can you please do this theme test explained here and let me know your findings?December 13, 2010 at 10:16 am #27308
I have no other plugins installed only wp estore. I changed the theme back to default and the add to cart button is visible in IE7. When I change it back to the theme that the customer wants the add to cart button does not display in IE7, but is fine in all other browsers.

“I changed the theme back to default and the add to cart button is visible in IE7” – Your theme has a CSS issue with object property. This article explains some of the issues that arise from a non-properly coded theme:
I will send you an email to get site access and see if I can put a CSS workaround.
