    OK, I think I get it.

    “If the user cancels the recurring payment, the plugin will deactivate that account.” I do not want to deactivate the account completely if they do not continue to pay. They should still be able to access what they’ve already paid for (the first 2 payments/videos for example).

    So, I should have multiple membership levels (video 1, video 2, video 3 etc), and set each one to upgrade to the next after 2 weeks. Correct?

    If the user cancels the recurring payment, can the account still stay active but not upgrade?

    Thanks for the link and the documentation. I’m struggling to work out how to auto upgrade a member only if they have payed the recurring payment though. Can you please advise?

    Also, if a member doesn’t pay recurring payment 3, are they still able to access video 1 and 2?

    Does this still work in the latest release of the plugin? I have tried it but the ‘Only letters,numbers etc is allowed’ message still pops up.

    My customers also don’t receive their downloads links after PayPal purchase. Some customers also say they don’t receive their login details email once registration is completed by the admin. Can you help please?

    Yes that is exactly what I need to do, thank you!

    Can this option be updated via a csv file? Something like the category option here: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/how-to-bulk-upload-estore-products-from-a-csv-file-775 (I have over 400 products to update!)
