Hi,
Yes, I did test with ordering myself. The email in from and two never same for one testing, but also tested with other situations using my personal gmail id.
I could ask the host, but the host would immediately say “how the customer email is coming fine then?”
And even if the spam filter triggers the email, the email should be in my spam box. But there is nothing.
Just tested the test mail from admin functions. No luck. no email received. Just so you know, the business email is hosted by Office 365. I tested sending to gmail address as well and it didn’t come through.
