Thank you but…

We fixed the problem and for your information and in order to help further French clients, the source of the problem was coming from using special letters or symbols due to French language (ex: é à) and comas or apostrophe or /. Since we suppressed all of them, it worked correctly.

This text is in the text field linked to a checkbox. Before, we tried to bypass the problem, copying the Law text alone in a field text and separate it from the check box. But then the problem is that the available space to see the text of a long sentence, is not big enough once we see it on the subscription page…

And what about the translation problem please?

“I must add that the translation of Terms and conditions is not “Termes et conditions” in French, but “Conditions générales de vente”. It could be interesting to correct.”
