I did all off that, …no result.
I don’t know if I have said it but I use the Emember plugin for many years, wthout any problem.
Now since 2 month’s I have this problem and I don’t know wy.

I can log in to the site with the WordPress login.
Student’s can not login emember Login

No, they can not login to the online courses

2. Does the same behavior happen for ALL members. including yourself?
Yes, no one can login

3. Are you expecting logged in members to be redirected to different pages, based on their membership levels?
Yes

4. Are you using a specialized “courseware plugin” that requires some kind of integration; or are your “courses” simply areas of your site, keyed to specific membership levels?
No, I use only the wp eMember plugin

Yes I follow these steps.
The problem is the same with all are online courses.
Is it posible that I make a login for the support team so they can look in side the website?

That’s also what I tryed,…it’s not fixing the problem
