I am selling a consumable product, so repeat sales and longevity of customer are expected. Once someone purchases from an affiliate link, will they always be remembered as that affiliates customer, or do I need to set the cookie life to 50 years as described above?

I have encountered a similar issue, though not the same. I have a flat rate per item sold commission on first tier and a small override for 2nd tier. On the 1st tier the commission calculates per item sold as it should, but the 2nd tier commission is not being adjusted for the quantity sold. Is there a way I can correct this? If this is an issue that can not be reset, is there a way to manually adjust the reported commission due?

We have just started our program, so it has not affected an affiliate yet, (It showed up on a sale where I would be the recipient of the override)but it won’t be long.
