Ahhh that makes sense. I thought the two were interchangeable, then Ivy e-mailed asking me about the email body and I had an “A-ha!” moment. Now it’s working, thank you Admin, Peter and Ivy for your help!

I’d really rather have them be able to just download from an email message than from a web page on the site.

1. Version is 6.5.3

2. It was there up until today, but would not display within the e-mail message what the customer ordered or a download link. Not sure why.

3. Not that I’m aware of, but I’ll double-check now that you mention it!

4. No, the {product_link} tag is in the “product specific instructions” section of the email the buyer receives.

Hi,

I’m sorry I’m a bit confused about this. How do I get a link to go to the buyer via e-mail so they can download the file from an encrypted link? If they are sent to a thank you page, will they also get the link via e-mail confirmation of their purchase?
