Yes. No subfolders in the zip file.
lknowles21MemberI am trying to utilize the bulk import feature on OS X and having the same issue. The zip files are in the correct directory, but the plugin says there are only 2 files in the folder. Then it does’t actually import any files at all. Was there ever a resolution to this problem?

July 30, 2015 at 12:55 am in reply to: Ordering Photos from Multiple Galleries & Minimum Order Requirements #70932lknowles21MemberWell…I said it works. It still isn’t letting me add photos from more than one gallery to the cart. If I’m only trying to order out of one gallery, it all works fine. But when I try to add a new photo from a different gallery, all the old ones disappear. It really seems to be so sporadic.

And it works. The item I added to the cart are still there after multiple visits to other pages and back to the cart by clicking the VIEW CART button in my header.

July 29, 2015 at 2:19 pm in reply to: Ordering Photos from Multiple Galleries & Minimum Order Requirements #70928lknowles21MemberHi Peter, so I’m testing my site again this morning and it isn’t working again. I followed your suggestion and deactivated all the other plugins on the site, so Photo Seller is the only thing active. I’m still getting the same errors where occasionally the cart clears itself after items are added and I try to go back later and view the cart. I’m also still getting the error where it removes previously added items when I try to add items from a different gallery.
I do have a VIEW CART button in the header area of my site so it is easy for people to find. It is linking to /store/cart. Surely there wouldn’t be an issue related to multiple links to that page.
I’m so confused now. Hope you can help!
July 29, 2015 at 3:56 am in reply to: Ordering Photos from Multiple Galleries & Minimum Order Requirements #70927lknowles21MemberOkay, right now all the plugins are activated and it seems to be working for me. Could you possibly test once more on your end and let me know if you’re still seeing the issue? Thank you!
July 29, 2015 at 3:07 am in reply to: Ordering Photos from Multiple Galleries & Minimum Order Requirements #70925lknowles21MemberThanks Peter! I switched to the WP theme and it didn’t fix the problem. So I switched back to my regular theme and started deactivating plugins. I’m so confused now! The Photo Seller plugin seems to work at random times regardless of which other plugins are activated. I went through and would deactivate a plug in and test, and the cart would work. Then when I reactivate the other plugin, the cart still works! So very strange.
It is also displaying the “Your Cart is Empty” page a little differently each time I click on it. Sometimes it just has text that says “Your shopping cart is empty. Please add some items.” and other times it shows a large “Your Cart is Empty” line with a “Continue Shopping” button.
It just seems like the whole thing is very inconsistent. I just got done shooting a major event and have a huge number of photos I need to get uploaded SOS!
Here is the list of plugins I’m currently using:
Contact Form 7
Essential Grid
Revolution Slider
Wordfence Security
WPBakery Visual Composer
WP Photo Seller
WP Super Cache (I keep thinking this might be the issue, but I can’t consistently make the cart work with or without this plugin)
Yoast SEO
Thank you!
