Hi. There’s no .htaccess or .htpasswd file in the src directory – just the file I uploaded. I’ve also viewed using ‘Force showing hidden files’ – but still nothing. What do I do now? Thank you.
Hi. Thanks for the replies. I have tried what you suggested and it didn’t work. This is the error I get when I try to access the paid for file: WooCommerce and PDF Stamper integration – An error occured while trying to stamp the PDF file! Error details: Message: Cannot open ***REDACTED BY MODERATOR***.pdf ! Error Code: 1
I have definitely switched to ‘binary transfer mode’ – have I created the src directory incorrectly? The folder is listed directly after my public_html directory. I right clicked the uploaded file to copy the file’s url to the clipboard and then pasted that into my product. Could that be the problem as it looks like a strange link?! Your help is very much appreciated! m? Thank you.
