I was reading some topics in the forum but I could not resolve my issue. I´m trying to sell some downloadable ítems in my site (this is the link where I sold the books: [www.librodonquijote.com/cursos1]
I’m using eStore, version 7.1.9
eMember, version 8.9.5
a wordpress version 4.2.2 with Divi Theme.
When I make the paypal process payment, I receive the email with the encrypted link, but when I try to download the book I get the following message (Note that the product does exist in the right place):
The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
The problem was due to the following reason:
The product ID contained in the download link (see browser address bar) doesn’t seem to be in the wp_eStore database. You might have a download link for a product that is no longer stocked. If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.
It is rare, because when I generate an encrypted download link in the Admin Functions, it works fine and generate a debug log
[deleted debug after checking it]
Please advise what can I do.
