Hi Team,
I have recently created a new membership level to let people have a 30 day free trial to my membership program.
I have had someone reach out + let me know that after she creates her login details + it redirects her to the members homepage (which is the URL I selected) it says she does not have permission to view the content. But when I check the membership everything is ticked for that level to be able to view. When I have done the process myself (a test signup) it all works. I also tried creating new login details for her but still the same problem. I am worried this may be happening for all new signups. Can I please get some assistance with this.
Thank you

You mentioned potentially being able to do a customisation for me, what would that involve?
Thank you

I have created a 30 day free trial + have followed the steps setting up a separate registration page which I put the link to in a mail chimp automated email for them to click + create their member login details. That all works perfectly.
However what is also happening is that the email that is triggered after registration is also being sent to them + it includes links that are not relevant to them, only to paying memberships.
Is there anyway to stop that email going out to this particular membership level?
I don’t want to take the links out because then they will be missing when paying members sign up.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
