– Ah! Thank you. I searched my spam box and found the download link email there. I still can’t upload epub files, but sending out downloadable zip file works for now. Thank you, will just add a remark on website to have buyers check their Spam for product link.

– Yes. The tag is there but the issue I am facing is that this email does not get sent out. On Buyer’s inbox, I only received purchase confirmation from Paypal. No email from Seller’s email to say Thank you – here is link to download.

“The plugin does not restrict the kinds of files that can be downloaded or uploaded.
– To upload the file I entered Digital Contents Details >> Digital Product URL >> Upload File >> Select File >>. Message that comes back is “Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type.” My epub file is 534KB, so I don’t think it is file size. It will upload once I zip the file though and I have ticked the box to make link downloadable.
