After a more thorough inspection of this issue, our developer realized it is occurring across all devices and showing the following error in the Testing & Debugging log:

[WPSCart.php – line 425] This was the last item in the cart so reseting the shopping cart.

If you are logged into the website and test this area, it works fine. However it does not work otherwise. We have disabled the caching and troubleshooted per your last email.

On your smart phone, navigate to ocyachtshots.com on Safari. Visit the photo gallery page and add photo to shopping cart. Then try to add another. It will overwrite the original addition. It does not do this on desktop.
