I’m testing with another site works well so Plugin itself not a problem. But I’m confusing what is the real problem with my server?

mmmm, mediatemple support says, Dedicated-Virtual Server is a completely customer-managed server. So they can’t help.

can you please take a look at,

One more question before asking my hosting, did you see our IPN Debug shows, SUCCESS :IPN successfully verified.

Hosting is, Mediatemple.net, dedicated virutual server.

FYI, Paypal IPN history page show the below details,
