I selected fullname or “nickname(required)” for “Display name publicly as” from drop-down menu.
karl_JohanParticipantThank you for your advice, I find that those users which can’t be added to the eMember list has one thing in common:
they have their profile setting “Display name publicly as” include a part of their name(either first name or last name) instead of the entire name or “nickname(required)”.When I reset the “Display name publicly as”, it worked well with import user.
I guess it could be a bug in eMember plugin.

karl_JohanParticipantI imported WP user with submit, but it did’t give any error message, but just didn’t show in the member list. I tried to select the user info in the wp_eMember_members_tbl from database, it wasn’t in there.

karl_JohanParticipantI did have installed profile extended addon, but not Bulk Member Data importer addon.
karl_JohanParticipantNo, I didn’t import WP users that already exists in eMember.
