Thanks, I think we’re almost there. However, I think an issue may be with my product license key. It doesn’t appear that the key that is being stored is valid. Could you resend the key that is on file for my purchase so I can make sure that it is correct?

Okay, here’s another clue. I just tried to manually stamp a file and received this fatal error:

Fatal error:

The encoded file [path to file] is corrupt. in Unknown on line 0

Any idea what’s causing this?

Yes, we are also using PDF stamper.

I just ran a test of the item we are having the most trouble with and it downloaded perfectly from the encrypted link so I’m not sure what is going on when our customers get their link.

The weird thing is that it was automatically creating the members before and then now I’m not seeing that happen and I’m not sure what has changed.
