May 27, 2015 at 7:03 pm in reply to: WP eMember auto expiry when you have Annual and Monthly Subscriptions #70164jupiterjimMemberIf I set it to “No Expiry or Until Cancelled”, how does the program know that it’s on a monthly auto-renewal?
Is that set in eMember or in eStore? I set this all up myself but just cannot remember.
Thanks.
May 26, 2015 at 7:35 pm in reply to: WP eMember auto expiry when you have Annual and Monthly Subscriptions #70162jupiterjimMemberSubscription Duration:
Expire after 32 days
Expire after 1 year
Apparently, I just noticed that the Annual Membership seems to be on Auto-Renewal as well (based on the fact that it’s a subscription renewal expire after 1 year and there is no definitely end or “expire after end date”.) Am I correct?
It might make things more difficult, but I’m not sure every annual member would be happy with an Auto-Renewal. So I think I would like to have the Annual Membership ONE time fee and keep the monthly on auto-renewal.
Does that make sense? Is that possible?
In your experience, do people get UPSET when they get charged an Annual Membership a year later after first signing up?

If you click on the buttons for the Annual and Monthly memberships, when you are taken to PayPal, it will give you a better idea of whether or not the Annual is a subscription with an auto-renew, perhaps. I am not sure.
Thanks!

March 15, 2015 at 11:06 am in reply to: Transaction Details not showing up on Thank You page for PayPal sandbox #69005jupiterjimMemberThanks for your fast reply. I did read it that same day you posted it, which is when I needed it ( I believe it was a Saturday). So thanks for that.
It appears that I did NOT check a certain checkbox in PayPal that is required to activate PDT token.
By the time I had discovered that, I had already switched OFF the PayPal sandbox. So I have NO idea if that ever would have worked with the Sandbox (I suspect not).
Thanks again for your great customer service!!!

Here are the two shortcodes I am trying on this Thank You page. I have tried them separately and I have tried them together:
[wp_eStore_display_transaction_result]
And I believe the one below is the OLD one, correct?
[wp_eStore_transaction_result:end]
