It’s now fixed.
In case anyone else runs into this issue, looks to be a problem with ‘Custom’ permalinks. (Settings > Permalinks)
Used ‘Post Name’ instead of custom and that fixed the page not showing up. Everything is back working again.
January 8, 2019 at 5:41 am in reply to: WP Photo Seller – Help with Gallery Home (only showing 1 gallery category) #79047jsternoffMemberThank you for the suggestion…I checked and on all of the galleries the “hide” box was unchecked.
So I tried checking the hide box, saving, then un-checking the box and re-saving. That fixed the issue and now all 3 boxes appear on the front page. That seems a bit weird, but maybe something got set up weird.
jsternoffMemberStrange they emails didn’t come through…could they have been blocked by a over anxious spam blocker? I saw a confirmation both times I submitted the form.
Anyway…the license code worked perfectly this time. Thank you for resetting it.
jsternoffMemberI used that exact support contact form twice…once on Sunday, then again on Wednesday…Still no response. I had to reinstall it when I installed a fresh version of WordPress. I was when I reinstalled it into a new database on the same URL it was before that I got the issue with the license.
Just tried it again…deleted the plugin, reinstalled it, activated it, and when I put in the license I get:
License key is invalid!
Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!
I’m trying to reinstall it on the exact same URL I had it on before…nothing has changed. I just deleted the old WordPress site and started over with a fresh copy.
Why has Customer Support not responded back in a week when the site says “24 hours”?
