I’ve tried contacting support twice since Sunday and haven’t received a response back (definitely not within 24 hours advertised) using the contact form.
I recently had to reinstall wordpress on my site. When I did so, the license for WP Photo Seller came up invalid as it was already previously used. I need a new license so I can re-activate Photo Seller on the same site I had it on before.
How do I get customer support to reply back? I just need to be able to re-install and re-activate this plugin on the same site I’ve been using it on since purchase.

If you are using THE SAME domain/site/server and are just reinstalling WordPress & the plugins; the “old MySQL” database usually still contains evidence of the prior license activation. Reinstall the plugin and see if it lets you “Deactivate” the existing license. Then reactivate the plugin.

I had to reinstall it when I installed a fresh version of WordPress. I was when I reinstalled it into a new database on the same URL it was before that I got the issue with the license.
Just tried it again…deleted the plugin, reinstalled it, activated it, and when I put in the license I get:
License key is invalid!
Reached Maximum Allowable Domains!
I’m trying to reinstall it on the exact same URL I had it on before…nothing has changed. I just deleted the old WordPress site and started over with a fresh copy.
Why has Customer Support not responded back in a week when the site says “24 hours”?

The license needs to be reset on our license server. We are waiting for the “authorized person” to reset your license key.
December 8, 2018 at 6:43 am #78888adminKeymasterThere is actually nothing in our inbox from your email address. So not sure if your entry was submitted successfully or there was an error. We do have other contact form submissions that are coming through fine. Anyway, I have just reset your key. So it should be good to go.

Anyway…the license code worked perfectly this time. Thank you for resetting it.
