We are trying to show a video about our product (fitness video) and also provide an e-Commerce experience within the lightbox. When you click on the “Buy Now” image the WP e-Commerce plugin should run within the WP-Ultimate-Lightbox.

Ok, I did that but now the “Buy Now” button which is the trigger for the Lightbox does not show and I have a message in red on the page saying:

You do not have HTML Overlay checkbox enabled in the settings

I had already tried that and it did not change the situation.

Here is the recommendation from the Sublime Video support team:

It seems that you’re using another plugin “wp-lightbox-ultimate” that is using MediaElement so there is a “double” video player on modifying the <video> element. You should find a way to deactivate the MediaElement video player so that SublimeVideo will be the only script that will “touch” the actual <video> element. The video itself seems fine indeed.
