I uninstalled all plugins and turned them one by one back on testing saving the settings, didn’t see any change on the first round, but on the second round, It turns out that W3 Total Cache was the issue. I turned it off and now the plugin works just fine. Thanks for your help.
I just tried the deactivation, deleting, downloading the newest version, installing, and activating. I still have the same issue (Enter values, update options, go to page settings, update options, go back to the general settings, everything is blank, go back to page/form settings, everything is blank.)
I am using WordPress version 3.3.1 and eMember version v7.6.1
Every time I come back to my WP eMember settings (General Settings & Page/Form Settings), they are blank again and I have to re-enter them. Obviously that would create an issue with members going to login or new members going to sign up and none of the links to these settings/pages work correctly. Is there a fix for this? Am I doing something wrong? Entered these settings at least 5 times now and they never stay, they always disappear when I come back to them.
