Sorry, but I’m still getting the same Error Message:

FAILURE :An error occured while trying to stamp the file! Error details: Message: Cannot open ! Error Code: 1

I replaced the files and that allowed me to manually stamp the pdf files but when someone makes a purchase I still get this error message.

What else could be wrong?

You were right, the file was corrupted.

I replaced the file and everything is working now.
