Thank you. We have no subscription checkbox anywhere on any form. My settings in the Gateway plugin are limited only to the “Stripe Settings” group of the Gateway Settings tab (not Stripe Basic).
I hadn’t checked for a customer’s recurring transaction in Stripe, looking specifically for a Subscription plan. I did; she wasn’t. And yet, according to the copy/pasted email she sent, her credit card statement clearly shows that recurring charge indicator.
But in our growing customer records for Stripe transactions in Manage Customers, is it normal behavior for the Subscriber ID field to match the number from the Transaction ID field above it? Without a Subscription specifically, shouldn’t that field be blank? I was going to upload a screen shot of what our shows….
