Think we’ve figured it out, when the photos were uploaded we deleted all the titles as this is what we do in a different plugin to stop the filenames displaying when you hover over the photos. We have tried again without deleting the titles and it all works again.

Yes it is the hotmail account we are checking but still no email. Checked spam folder as well.

Can I test it without actually making a purchase?

I’ve seen there’s paypal sandbox test accounts can I use these and would I set paypal to test mode in the plugin?

I have created a test gallery at [http://snappets.co.uk/customer-area/] with the password ‘test’. Paypal test mode is not on and the logging is enabled. I think I have put right the settings, we presumed that because our initial test worked that everything was correct but we didn’t have IPN enabled.

What should the Notification URL be in paypal for the IPN?

I have done this and tested but the same thing happened. Payment went through fine and redirected me back to the website but there was no order showing when I logged into the wordpress backend. Checked the database and the order item had been added but not the order.
