The customers private galleries have worked perfectly in the past but we just created a new one and now we can get the gallery page up but when you click on the image (or on add to cart) it comes up with ‘Oops! That page can’t be found’.
I have downloaded and installed a fresh copy of the plugin, checked that the ‘Photo Details’ page exists, regenerated the default pages and checked and checked that the visibility is set to public.
Now I’m a bit stuck so would really appreciate some help.
If you go to [http://snappets.co.uk/customer-area/] and use the password ‘test6’, then click on one of the images you will see the problem.
It appears that the plugin thinks that your photos do not have a name or title. This plugin will extract a name or title from either the meta data (if available) or the filename.
When you uploaded your photos what was format of the filenames? Can you please provide an example of one of the filenames you uploaded?
Think we’ve figured it out, when the photos were uploaded we deleted all the titles as this is what we do in a different plugin to stop the filenames displaying when you hover over the photos. We have tried again without deleting the titles and it all works again.
Thank you for your help.
