That’s half the problem. Debugging is on, but it asking for the username and password when I try to view the files.
IPN is enabled at Palpay.

Sorry but wp download manager is not installed on the site. I have also been through to test what plugin is causing the issue and with everything but estore and emembers deactivated, there was not change.
All log files leave the following message:
Access Denied! Please provide valid username and password to download the file.
