Hi,
Been having some problems with the previous purchases shortcode as has not been showing my purchases. Went to try and work out this morning and realized the eStore plugin is not storing the transactions.
I went to stats and it showed 36 items, with 1 coupon – fine. However did not show the transactions I did (and downloaded the links successfully) yesterday in attempting a test. I have enabled debugging, however get a message Access Denied! and wants me to log in to view (even though I am logged in both eMembers and WP).
The eStore is not in sandbox mode. I have also taken off the cache due to a previous problem I had.
Not sure if any other information I can give to help.

That should not be happening; and any such messages would be comming from your server. Please post the EXACT message, that you received.

Access Denied! Please provide valid username and password to download the file.
Thanks

August 10, 2017 at 11:46 pm #76201adminKeymasterOur plugin actually doesn’t have any error message like the one you explained. I am pretty sure it comes from a plugin called wp download manager.
Do the following test to find out which plugin is doing this. The other plugin should not show that error when this operation has nothing to do with that plugin.

You can potentially use the following simple download manager plugin which has better coding in my opinion:
August 11, 2017 at 5:10 pm #76202GSGSpectatorHi,
Sorry but wp download manager is not installed on the site. I have also been through to test what plugin is causing the issue and with everything but estore and emembers deactivated, there was not change.
August 12, 2017 at 12:37 am #76203adminKeymasterokay lets take a look at the debug log so we have some understanding of what is going on this site.
Have you already done the following?

If you have then share a link to the page were we can go and see the payment button. I can then inspect the button and check the log file so see if our plugin is getting payment notification from paypal.
Have you made sure that you have the IPN feature enabled in your paypal account?

August 12, 2017 at 4:24 pm #76204GSGSpectatorThat’s half the problem. Debugging is on, but it asking for the username and password when I try to view the files.
IPN is enabled at Palpay.
