MemberI’ve update the WP lightbox plugin and that fixed the issue. However I noticed another issue. After retrieving previous cart content, the thumbnails are not showing in the cart.

MemberThank you for adding this feature.
I’ve updated my plugin to the latest version and enabled this feature. The Save and Retrieve options are shown but when I clicked any of them after adding items to my cart to test, nothing happens.
I tried as a logged in user and non logged in user. What am I missing?
Thank you.

MemberHi, how is it going? Has this feature been integrated into the plugin yet?
gigilala
MemberThank you. Looking forward for the next update.

MemberYes, ability to save to cart would be great
as I want to make it as convenience as possible to my customers. I would prefer days but adding weeks would increase the flexibility greatly.

MemberHi,
Any suggestion on this?
Thank you

MemberThey are not actually free downloads but when customer purchase our software, they will get a coupon where they can download 25 or 50 templates for free.
Those who don’t purchase the software won’t get the free coupon download.

MemberPerhaps having somekind of bookmarking feature or lightbox feature where user can keep their favorites in a folder before making a purchase?
gigilala
MemberThanks for the responses.
Here’s what I want to have. I want my customers to be able to continue selecting the free downloads and add them to their existing selection in the cart at a later time even after they close the browser.
They probably need time to review their selection and properly make a selection. Some of them probably are busy and can only do a few selection at a time.
This is *before* they click on the checkout button.
I tried selecting 50 downloads myself in one sitting and find it quite tedious considering one has to select from over 500 selection.
Any suggestions?
Thank you.

MemberOK fixed. For those who may want to know, the thumbnails on the main content and those on the sidebar are using the same rel value which is
Code:lightboxAfter comparing the code I noticed the extra shortcode does not include
Code:class=”lightbox”So I edited the file eStore_extra_product_display_helper.php at line 18 and 24 to include the class

MemberHi,
I checked the recommended post but unfortunately it doesn’t answer my question.
I have the “Enable Lightbox effect on Images” unchecked. It’s only the extra shortcode thumbnails (popular and latest products) that do not use the lightbox evolution.
Here’s a link to the page http://www.virtual-cover-creator.net/templates/3d-figure/
On the right sidebar, you can see the popular products listed but the lightbox effect doesn’t work.

MemberThank you. That fixes it!

Member…Additionally, I have checked “Enable Transaction Result Display”.
BTW, about a week ago I tested it using a sample products and it worked (the download link shown on the thank you page) but once I changed to the real products, it stopped working all of the sudden. Appreciate if you could help.

MemberHi, I am having the same problem.
I am testing using sandbox, created a new preconfigured seller and buyer account twice but they are both not working.
I’ve followed the instruction here http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-instant-digital-product-delivery-499 and made sure my PTD identity token is correct.
But still the download link is not showing on the thank you page. Here’s the URL after purchase.
