I have built an completely new site as a subdomain using WordPress entirely. I installed WordPress, a theme (Ephemeris), WP Photo Seller and activated it. I created a gallery and an album and designed the site entirely using the default WordPress tools.
I have now disabled caching at my hosting provider. I’m not aware of anything that would stop cookies working, as mentioned this is pretty much a default installation of WordPress so I’m not sure if there is something I need to do to ensure cookies are enabled. Also, not aware of anything that would try to access a browsers local storage but perhaps redesigning everything using default WP settings may have alleviated any issues presented with the original site.
I would appreciate if someone could check this new link and see if there are any issues that may be causing problems.
I have tested this using Edge, Chrome, Brave and Firefox browsers. I am now getting mixed results. Sometimes I am asked for a password and it works, sometimes it keeps asking for the password and sometimes it shows the gallery without requiring a password. I am assuming the latter has something to do with locally cached settings as I seem to be getting more success when I clear the cache for all these browsers and try using a fresh browser although still with pretty varied success.

Thank you very much for all your help so far, I really do appreciate it as I would in no way class myself as a web designer so am very new to all this and seem to be dealing with a very steep learning curve.
