ok. Thank you. It seems to have solved the issue.
ForeverbarcelonaMemberMy e-store plugin stopped working a few days ago and I’m in urgent need of fixing it so I can continue getting payments.
I only use Authorize.net for my payments – no other payment gateway.
My response URL was configured to
[http://www.foreverbarcelona.com/?estore_auth_ipn=process]
which I assume is correct from what you mention in this thread?
However, I’m still getting the 14 error from Authorize.
Please, help.
Thank you,
Marta
ForeverbarcelonaMemberHello!
I’m implementing the plugin on my multi-language site now, and I’m again being sent to paypal instead of Authorize.net. Can you check it out, please? Thank you!
– Paypal and Multiple: unchecked
– Authorize: checked and info entered
– fancy checkout redirection: unchecked
– non-encrypted website payment: off
Cart link: [http://www.foreverbarcelona.net/it/payement-en-ligne-step-2/]
Code in cart page: [wp_eStore_cart] [wp_eStore_fancy1 id=1]
Checkout page: [http://www.foreverbarcelona.net/it/payement-en-ligne-step-2/]
Code in checkout page: [wp_eStore_cart]

ForeverbarcelonaMemberHi! Thank you for your reply!
I had deactivated the plugins, but I forgot about switching to a WP theme… I did it, and the checkbox loaded fine. So I’m contacting my theme support to get it solved.
Thanks for your help,
Marta
ForeverbarcelonaMemberI contacted WP engine. They removed the URL [http://www.foreverbarcelona.com/online-payment/] (live site) where the box is not appearing from their caching system, but the problem persisted.
Then they tried their staging environment:
But the problem still persisted. Here is what they told me to tell you:
“The staging environment is totally uncached so if they have any other ideas on why it isn’t showing up we are happy to look into this more if we get more info from them. Also I am seeing this when I view the site with dev tools:
[Error] ReferenceError: Can’t find variable: add_filter
global code (online-payment, line 408)
That may help them determine why the box is being displayed…
Let us know what the plugin dev has to say and we’ll be more than happy to investigate further “
Looking forward to hearing from you.
ForeverbarcelonaMemberSorry for the delay, I didn’t see your answer.
My website is on WP-Engine hosting. They take care of all the caching.
Over 76% of my site visitors use Safari, so solving this issue is a HUGE thing for me. Too many clients complaining about the box not showing up.
It seems to be an issue only with Safari on Apple devices (a Safari browser installed on a PC will load the box no problem).

November 23, 2014 at 5:39 pm in reply to: Authorize.net Redirect Page Not Working Correctly (Thank you page issue) #57733ForeverbarcelonaMemberHello! Thanks for your reply!
Yes, I have an SSL certificate installed. So I enabled it for the Thank you page and… It worked!!!
Thank you so much! (that’s actually something that should be added to the plugin documentation… I’d have solved me a few headaches if I had known from the beginning).
There are only a couple of minor issues, one being a heading font being incorrect (but I don’t care much about it), the second one are some special characters not beeing correctly displayed. So:
It’s been correctly sent. We’ll be contacting you shortly to reconfirm your tour details.

Would there be an easy fix for that?
Thanks again for your help!

November 21, 2014 at 5:56 pm in reply to: Authorize.net Redirect Page Not Working Correctly (Thank you page issue) #57731ForeverbarcelonaMemberI had the same issue, and I tried solution 2 as solution 1 won’t work for me (I can’t completely remove header and footer from my site pages).
However, it’s not a great solution either, because nothing ensures the client WILL click on the link to be taken to my real thank you page (where I have an optin waiting for them, so I definitely need them to get there).
Most of them won’t really click, as Authorize is telling them they’ve already paid and a notice has ben emailed to them. So why would they click on one more link? The transaction seems to be already completed.
Quite frustrating…
ForeverbarcelonaMemberThanks. Just sent them the info.
ForeverbarcelonaMemberI’m having the same problem: I only want to use Authorize.net, but I keep being sent to Paypal. These are my settings:
– Paypal and Multiple: unchecked
– Authorize: checked and info entered
– fancy checkout redirection: unchecked
– non-encrypted website payment: off

Code in cart page: [wp_eStore_add_to_cart id=1]
Checkout page: [http://www.foreverbarcelona.com/checkout/]

I’ll appreciate your help.
Thank you,
