After several attempts to make this work I had no success. I even deactivated all plugins and just tried the photo-seller plugin by itself, purged all cache in wordpress and browser, I even tried a different theme to no avail. This is not a feature that I desperately need at the moment but, one that I think many users would utilize.

In case you wish to troubleshoot at your convenience I’ve sent you user/pass info via email along with this message.

Thank you but, I am already aware of being able to password protect galleries.

What I am looking for is one screen where I can direct my clients to where they would enter their Gallery ID and password and the form would take them directly to the respective gallery.

Peter thanks for your assistance. I did locate the plugin causing the receipt page to not display correctly. The plugin is “Image Store” URL: [www.xparkmedia.com/plugins/image-store/]

The only feature that I needed from the plugin was the gallery login screen where I could have a client enter their Gallery ID and password to access their photos.

Is this a feature that perhaps is possible to be implemented in Photo Seller as an option contrast to a page showing all the galleries.

I have not however, I still Regenerated Default Pages to see if that would fix the issue and it has not. I have also emptied all cache from my wordpress and browsers.
