Thank you, but no, I didn’t forget. I did my Admin test with all different formats set in my digital variation field. Mobi and PDF do work, but Epub doesn’t. I am stil getting the following error message with the Epub link:

The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request. Please contact the site administrator.

Please tell the site administrator the problem was due to the following reason:

The download script couldn’t locate the file associated with the digital product. If the administrator thinks this reason is in error, maybe a different URL conversion option might fix the problem.

As you must have noticed, in the variation field of item #22, the Epub variation is there and the real URL is valid, only the encrypted one fails. Also Item #8 – PDF still download the Download.php file instead of the PDF.

I guess, there is no explanation then. So I may as well change e-commerce system.

I have tried several other download options and they also don’t work. When I use them, I don’t get any error message though, just a blank page.

Yes. The file downloads. I am happy to send you the actual URL via PM, I can also let you into my WP Admin interface if you want to have a look yourself. If I copy the URL it does download the Epub file perfectly. Only the encrypted URL causes a problem.

Yes yes, sorry I forgot to mention that as it seemed so obvious. The URL is correct. It downloads perfectly when not encrypted.

Thanks for your response. Would it be caused by the Geoposty plugin? That’s the only plugin that I can think of that could use caching. The user that has the problem is in the US, whereas all other users in Europe and Australia are not experiencing any issue.

I will ask him to try again once a desactivate this plugin to see if this is the cause.

Sorry to insist, but I am still getting the error on 2 of my stores. No encrypted link is generated in the email. (test in Admin Function does not work, although it works in one of my stores with the exact same variations!)

If I uncheck Downloadable, same problem. No link is given, even not uncrypted.

I have complaints from costumers, it would be great to have your feedback!

I have resolved the issue by creating a new ID for the product. Very strangely, copying all the details for this product under a new ID did the trick. Now the encrypted link is sent and works fine.

No idea why this ID didn’t want to work! :Oo

PS. I have tried to do the same in my other store (bgp), but unfortunately, it didn’t work. NO LINK! even under a different ID.

Yes, about aligning the button to the right, the solution you gave wasn’t working, that’s why I tried different things. Finally, it ended up working when I added the align-right style to eStore_cart_fancy1_footer.

Thanks for your help. Coupon field is now OK.

However, my Checkout button is still positioned on the left, even though I added the ‘text-align:right’ CSS. I also would like to get rid of the decoration on this button. I have added ‘text-decoration: none’ in several places in the CSS but the button is still underlined.

I guess Simple cart does not work for digital products, right?
