The “Join Us” page is still there, however I changed it to Draft to hide it for now as we don’t want an option for people to manually join. They can only become a member by buying a particular product.

I checked the Pages/Forms Settings tab, and there are values in the Registration Page field. In our case:-

I looked at the similar topic you suggested, but that persons resolution doesn’t really help us since we are not propagating data from a different server. This is a completely new set up.
