I’ve just found out the operating system is Symbian S60 – when I try on the other system which is Opera it works great

I want to say thanks for all the help you’ve given me.

I’ve been in touch with paypal and this is what the replied with –

“If you are passing shipping from the shopping cart through the code of the website you will need to enable the shipping override within your PayPal account Profile. To do this:

Log into your PayPal account receiving the payments

Select the Profile

Select the Postage Calculations

Check the box to ‘allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings’ for your override to work.

This will allow your cart shipping settings to override anything set in the profile for shipping.”

I hope this may help any others that have the same problem.

Do you know what sort of settings that need changing, i’ve tried it with another paypal account and it works perfectly.

I checked the postage settings and they are all on default.

I don’t really know where to go from here – is there anything you can suggest?

Sorry to be a pain, but i’m quite eager to get this sorted to get my site live – i’ve redesigned my site and really need to get this sorted.
