I sell custom printed shirts and had the same problem.
What I did was add information into the “Product Specific Instructions For Buyer” for the product. I asked the customer to reply to the email with answers to the questions.
Remember to add the tag to the “Buyers Email Body”.
I know this isn’t the solution you wanted, but it works for me.

This is my first post in the forum, so don’t flame me to bad if I’m wrong.
I think you can do this with a cpanel edit.
Set up an email filter that looks for the specific subject line of the email you receive when that item is sold. Set up the filter to send/forward copies to both addresses you want, or maybe one of them as a CC/BCC.
I haven’t tried it yet but it seems like it should work.
